Adding Todo List Management to BrainDrive

Hi All,

Now that we have the interview, align, plan, and execute process down in BrainDrive we are ready to move to the next step which is helping BrainDrive owners execute on their goals.

@DJJones and I believe that the next most helpful and logical step with this is adding todo list management capabilities into BrainDrive.

So starting this thread where we can discuss and keep track of where things are at with this project.

Questions, comments, ideas etc welcome as always.

After working on the spec and build plan for this after our call, I think there is a way we can do this 100% via the agent.md files so I am going to give that a go first before throwing it over to you if code is needed.

Will update on progress here as I go.

Quick update — we just finished branding the community notification emails to match the BrainDrive visual identity. Dark theme, logo header, amber accents. If you are receiving email notifications they should now look a lot more polished.
