@djjones Agreed on GAP-PAA-29: source-driven discovery is the v1 rule. The owner decides what goes into their AI’s toolset, it matches how MCP works for connections, and it keeps the Gateway simple. Please take PR #21 out of draft and merge it.
One note for later, not for this PR: when we get to the Apps stage, installing an app should count as the owner configuring a tool source, so BrainDrive’s runtime app registration fits D196. We’ll check BrainDrive against it then.
